Art and Soul was founded with the mission to introduce everyone to the power of the creative and expressive arts as more than just a hobby, but an important facilitator to improved wellness and fulfillment.
What I offer
I provide a safe creative space for personal growth and development through therapeutic art. I am specialized in Person-Centered Painting Therapy, also known as accompanied painting. I am formally trained in Visual Arts (BA) and Humanistic Psychology (MA). I offer private and group sessions in the Person-Centered technique as well as various other creative arts based workshops.
