I am a Psychology professional specializing in two main areas of focus; Person-Oriented Painting Therapy and Integrative Spiritual Health, to achieve therapeutic goals.
Feeling very much like an outsider as a child, I have always had art. Both creating and viewing art have played a central role in my life for as long as I can remember.

Feeling very much like an outsider as a child, I have always had art. Both creating and viewing art have played a central role in my life for as long as I can remember. Art has always been a lens through which I’ve learned to understand myself and the world around me. As I studied and received my Bachelor’s degrees in both Art and Psychology, with a minor in Religious Studies, I realized the much larger relationship of art and spirituality to the human condition and the experiences of others — an invaluable means of cultivating empathy and connecting with the universal emotions we all feel.
